350 Maintenance Worker Under the direction of the Administrative Sergeant, the Maintenance Worker provides general janitorial support, maintenance of the office building and grounds, and assists the Automotive Technician in maintaining the vehicle fleet. Performs janitorial duties including sweeping, vacuuming, shampooing, mopping, waxing, and buffing floors; cleans, dusts, and polishes cabinets, desks, counters, and furniture; empties and cleans waste receptacles; cleans walls, windows, and blinds; cleans and maintains restrooms including cleaning mirrors, toilet bowls, urinals, wash basins, refilling lavatory supply dispensers, and cleaning counters; assists in moving and arranging furniture and equipment; replaces light globes and tubes as needed; maintains and orders janitorial supplies to ensure a clean and safe working environment. 400 House cleaner We are a small business, only serving Tuolumne County, from as far up as Strawberry and as far down as Jamestown and Columbia (with many places in between). All employees start at $10.00 and hour. Employees must have an insured vehicle and a valid driver's license, since our meeting spots range from Pinecrest to Jamestown or Columbia. Employees meet a Supervisor at the meeting spot and travel to jobs in the company vehicle.
