1510 Fire Prevention Inspector I/II Under general supervision, perform routine fire inspections of buildings, land and fire suppression system, to ensure compliance with fire prevention and protection codes and ordinances; to review construction plans for appropriate fire suppression and safety features; and to perform related work as assigned. Level I: Some level of firefighter or fire Inspector experience. Must have State Fire Marshal Prevention 1A and 1B Certificates. NFPA Fire Inspection 1 or equivalent certification issued by ICC may be substituted for prevention 1A and 1B Certificates. State Fire Marshal Public Education 1 or equivalent Public Information Officer Certificate desired. 1508 Community Health Worker--Relief Under general supervision, to provide a variety of support services to staff & clientele; and to perform related work as assigned within Child welfare Services. Some examples of duties include: Acts as informational resource to program participants regarding services & activities offered; arranges transportation, escorts & may personally transport clients to scheduled appointments; records & maintains participant's files.
